NEW APPLICATIONS TO BE RECEIVED
1) 84 Newberry Road – Application of Mark Webb for a permit modification to conduct regulated activities associated with construction of a 40’ x 60’ building and parking area with driveway. Total parcel is 2.63 acres served by septic system and public water.
2) 161 South Main Street – Application of Southern Auto Sales for a permit modification to conduct regulated activities associated with the installation of an aboveground fuel station. Total parcel is approximately 182 acres served by public water and public sewer.
3) 10 Shoham Road – Application of U.S.A. Hauling & Recycling, Inc. for activities associated with drainage improvements to storage area created on fill placed in regulated area. Total parcel is 9.2 acres served by public water and public sewer.
ADDITIONAL CORRESPONDENCE
1) Letter from J.R. Russo regarding Wetland Permit #1336, associated with the Charbonneau gravel operation in Windsorville. All work within the Upland Review Area has been completed and the permit is set to expire on April 7, 2009.
